Reception
Patients book from your clinic's own page, or reception books for them. Each appointment shows whether the patient has confirmed, hasn't replied yet or needs a call. When they arrive, one tap puts them in the queue.
The patient's chart
Allergies, blood pressure and weight over time, past diagnoses, prescriptions and attached documents. A trend is a chart, not a page of numbers. Follow-up reminders are set from the same page.
The cash desk
Invoices are numbered in sequence with no gaps. A payment is never edited or deleted: a mistake is voided or reversed, and the original and the correction both stay on record. Insights show what came in by day, method and service, and Billing shows what is still owed.
The owner
Patients seen, average wait, no-shows and completed visits for any period, set against the one before. Clinics with more than one doctor also see revenue by doctor.
The waiting room
A TV or tablet in the waiting room shows who is being seen and who is next. It can show first names only, so a full name never sits on a public screen.
Reception, doctors and patients all use the same product from a phone.

Clinics share the software and nothing else: each clinic's records are kept apart from every other clinic's by the database itself, not only by the application.
